Name of the post – Research Nurse and Project Assistant
Type of Appointment – Contract
Number of post called for – Research Nurse – Two
Project assistant – one
Pay scale– For Research Nurse – Rs. 20000/month
For Project assistant – Rs. 16000 + 16%HRA/month
Age limit – Not exceeding 35 years
Qualification and Experience Requirements
For Project Assistant
(1) MPH/MSW/MSc Nursing with 60% or equivalent marks in (Essential) respective examinations.
(2) Interested candidates with BAMS or BHMS Degree will also be considered for selection.
(3) Willingness to reside in Wayanad district for the project period.
(4) Willingness to travel extensively, especially in tribal areas in Wayanad District during the project period.
(5) Willingness to learn and apply new technologies in healthcare.
Preference will be given to people belonging to Wayanad. (Desirable) Prior experience in working with tribes. Work experience in field studies.
Experience in working in Wayanad district.
For Research Nurse
(1) BSc Nursing Degree from an Institution recognized by (Essential) the Nursing Council of India with two years of Clinical
work or two years of Research experience
(2) Willingness to reside in Wayanad District for the project period.
(3) Willingness to travel extensively, especially in tribal areas, in Wayanad District during the project period.
(4) Willingness to learn and apply new technologies in healthcare.
Qualification & Experience : Preference will be given to those from Wayanad district.
(Desirable) Prior experience in working with tribes.
Work experience in field studies.
Experience in working in Wayanad district.
